A comprehensive literature review of best practices relevant to Government API activities

Timeline: 6 months (June - December 2019)

Tools used: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Zotero, Microsoft Excel, Data Miner Chrome Extension

Outcomes:

• Literature review of 343 best practice documents
• Used to inform workshop activities held with over 60 government stakeholders
• Analysis of findings used to support creation of evidence-based API Framework for governments
